Deadwood is wood which is death. There are differen kinds of deadwood e.g. try and wet deadwood. Also it is differed into standing and laying deadwood.


Mostly is standing deadwood try and laying deadwood wet.

Deadwood has many tasks e.g. it is habitat for a lot of organisms:
insects find protection, food and a place for reproduction.
